Running Analysis

While running is the next developmental stage after walking and most of us do it “naturally”, the reality is that running complex and deserves purposeful practice to master.  Whether you are hoping to reduce the risk of injury while running, looking for answers to current aches/pains, wanting to improve your performance, or have a goal of maximizing your running longevity- analysis of your specific running form is critical.  Video analysis can identify movement strategies, both good and bad, as can provide a lens into appropriate steps to help you achieve your personal goals.

 
 

IN PERSON VIDEO ANALYSIS

This one-hour session will include a review of your goals, treadmill video analysis from multiple angles, a review of the findings, and some personalized exercises/cues.  Come prepared with shorts/t-shirt and your running shoes! Call to schedule at 303-484-1232.

VIRTUAL VIDEO ANALYSIS

Capture video of yourself while running and email it to one of our running experts!  Your videos will be reviewed and the findings will be summarized in an email, along with some personalized exercises/cues.
