A typical session may include a various combination of treatment strategies based on what your physical therapist and you decide is the best option for your plan of care. Services are not charged on a individual basis. Each tool is used as needed for you care and to help return you to function.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a broad term that encompasses a variety of treatment options.  The purpose of these treatments are to help with pain reduction, improve mobility, facilitate movement patterns and promote neurophysiological adaptations.

In order to elicit lasting change and return to prior level of function and beyond, our treatment philosophy involves exercises ranging from basic muscle activation to high level plyometrics and weight lifting.

Post-operative Care:

In addition to manual therapy and exercise, patients that present following surgery require some specific care considerations  Our therapists work as a cooperative member within the healthcare team helping to bridge the gap between surgeon and function.
