David DiGiacomo (a.k.a. David James) joined Cascade Sports Injury Prevention and Physical Therapy to have the unique opportunity to provide specialized care to athletes in a clinical setting that supports one-on-one individualized treatment. David is a Colorado native that earned Bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Physiology and Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder and then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
David has extensive experience working with athletes of all levels and ages, with a major emphasis on the adolescent and collegiate age range. In addition to clinical practice at Cascade Sports, David is a core faculty member with the University of Colorado School of Medicine PT program teaching coursework in Anatomy, Orthopedics, Diagnostic Imaging and Sports Medicine. He continually works to improve his knowledge base and clinical skill by attending local and national coursework, as well as teaching continuing medical education. In his free time, David enjoys the Colorado outdoors and watching college football in the fall.
