    Post-Operative Hip Rehabilitation (hip arthroscopy recovery, strength and mobility restoration, return-to-running and sport progression)

Dani grew up in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. She earned a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the St. Catherine University in Minneapolis. Dani has ample experience and knowledge in the sports arena. She played Division 2 soccer at the University of Minnesota-Duluth for 4 years. Now, she is an avid runner in her spare time.

Dani enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities. She enjoys working with young athletes getting back into all types of sports, including team, individual and mountain activities. She also enjoys treating runners of all levels, from beginners to ultramarathoners.  

Dani is a mother, who also enjoys all things Colorado, including hiking, camping, trail running, and skiing.
