Justin Dudley founded Cascade Sports Injury Prevention and Physical Therapy LLC in 2011 to address the growing need to protect against non-contact injuries while maximizing the athlete’s opportunity to participate in the sports they love. Justin grew up in Bellingham, Washington where he played soccer locally as well as for the Olympic Development Program for Washington State. He earned a BS degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser Univesity in Vancouver, British Columbia and then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver. Justin brings extensive sports experience to Cascade Sports. Justin was a 2-time NAIA Soccer All-American in college and was set to play professionally when an injury forced him to switch his focus to coaching. He has coached at the youth, collegiate, and semi-professional levels. Since 2003 Justin has been providing trainings, injury prevention screenings and sports performance for athletes from a number of different sports including soccer, football, basketball, softball, baseball, golf, swimming, track & field, tennis and cycling. Justin is Board Certified in Sports through the APTA. He is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. In his free time, Justin continues to play soccer, is an avid skier and hiker and enjoys backpacking in the local mountains.

Lauren Hinrichs joined Cascade Sports in 2013. She graduated from Ohio’s Miami University in 2006 with a dual major, exercise science and athletic training. She then obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008 from Northwestern University in Chicago, where she performed research in vestibular rehabilitation. Lauren has lived in Colorado since 2009
Lauren has a passion for working with athletes and utilizing her skills of manual therapy on a variety of patients with orthopedic diagnoses. This passion for orthopedics led her to continue her education through the Orthopedic Residency program at Temple University Lauren is Board Certified as an Orthopedic Specialist through the APTA, as well as being certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. She has presented poster cases at the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy national conference as well as being involved in research on shoulder pain and best treatment options.
Lauren grew up playing a wide variety of sports; however, currently enjoys participating in endurance sports such as triathlons and marathons and has a lifelong goal of completing a race in every state. Lauren enjoys working with endurance athletes as well as the athletic population at large at every age and level of fitness.
Lauren’s goal includes creating an individualized, patient centered rehab which, upon completion, will empower the the patient with the knowledge and skills to return to a symptom-free life.

Lara Canham joined Cascade Sports in 2015. She is a Colorado native with a lifelong passion for sports. Her parents always encouraged her to “try everything”, which became the foundation for her interest in movement of the body particularly during sport. She attended the University of Notre Dame where she earned a BS in Biological Sciences and the University of Colorado for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With a strong interest in teaching and academia, Lara is an instructor and admissions advisor for the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is a current board member of the CU PT Alumni Association. Lara continues to seek out numerous opportunities for professional growth as a clinical practitioner, and is dedicated to the highest level of physical therapy practice. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling and will sit for the orthopedic clinical specialist exam in early 2016. Lara’s hobbies include skiing, hiking, rock climbing, paddleboarding (just about anything outdoors), as well as painting and spending time with friends and family.

David is a Colorado native that completed his Bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Physiology and Psychology at the University of Colorado, Boulder and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy through the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
He is dual board-certified in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy and is also Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has extensive experience working with athletes of all ages and from recreational to professional, but most specifically with pediatric and adolescent athletes. He is passionate about injury prevention, injury risk screening and return to sport assessment.
In addition to his clinical work at Cascade Sports Injury Prevention & Physical Therapy, David is a on faculty with the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program. He enjoys teaching course and presenting lectures locally, regionally and nationally.
Stacey joined the team here at Cascade Sports Injury Prevention & Physical Therapy in September 2014. She is a Colorado native. Stacey grew up playing competitive soccer on a traveling team. She loved Colorado so much that she turned down a full ride soccer scholarship to a Division I school, so she could stay close to the mountains. Stacey attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she studied Integrative Physiology and Psychology. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2011, and plans on going back to school for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Stacey shares a passion for health, fitness and the outdoors. When she is not here in the office, she is either coaching CrossFit and personal training sessions or enjoying her free time camping and rock climbing.
Emily joined Cascade Sports in 2017. She is a Colorado Native and has grown up playing softball, hiking, and swimming. Her family was very involved with a variety of Colorado lakes, resulting in her passion for wake boarding, and wake surfing. Emily is currently working on her Bachelor of Ecology Degree at the University of Colorado Boulder, and embracing the ability to admire the outdoors.
In her free time, you can find her mountain biking, camping, and hiking with her two dogs, Grover and Zero.
