FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours of operation?

Our clinic operates Monday through Friday 7:00AM – 7:00PM. Appointment availability depends on the individual therapist’s schedule. Please call the clinic for specific scheduling details, we are sure we can find an appointment time that works with your schedule.

What is an Initial Evaluation?

Your first appointment at Cascade Sports is an initial evaluation in which your therapist will perform a full injury assessment. During this appointment you and your therapist can review the origin of your injury, your current activity level, and the specific activities you would like to return to.  Your therapist will outline a treatment plan specific to your individual injury. You will also begin physical treatment and will likely be given exercises to complete at home.

What will my treatment plan be like?

After your initial evaluation, your therapist will be able to outline a treatment plan for your injury. This plan will tell you the approximate duration and frequency of your therapy as well as the predicted outcome of your treatment. Please be aware that treatment plans can fluctuate depending on the individual’s activity and progression.

What is the cost of physical therapy at Cascade Sports?

A patient can choose to pay for physical therapy either through insurance or “self pay”.

There are two self pay options. The first option is to pay $70 at the time of service for each visit. The second option is to purchase a 4 Pack for $240. The 4 Pack includes four physical therapy visits and is good for six months. Purchasing the 4 Pack reduces the self pay rate to $60 per visit.

A patient utilizing insurance is obligated to pay according to the insurance plan. The clinic will call the insurance company to find out the specific patient’s coverage and benefits. If you would like to know your coverage and benefits prior to scheduling an appointment, please call the clinic at 303-484-1232 with your insurance information. We will call the insurance company and respond to you as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours. Please note that while we make every effort to obtain accurate insurance information, it is not a guarantee of coverage and in the end it is the responsibility of the patient to know and understand their benefits.
